East Lake Community Library became an independent library on September 30, 2013. Located on the east side of Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, it serves a large community from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs.
Databases. Pinellas Public Library Cooperative offers subscription services to member libraries. Patrons will need a library card to access these databases.
The Monmouth County Library is now offering downloadable magazines through two new offerings:Flipster and Zinio for Libraries.Flipster gives you access to selected magazines from home (if you have a valid library card) or from the library. There are magazines for children, teens and adults.
